Training day closures – 2026
The surgery is closed for training on the following days from 1.00pm – 6.30pm (re-opens the following day at 8.00am), unless stated below:

What do if you need medical centre assistance during these hours
Please be aware that the practice will be closed for staff training on these dates. During this time, our phone lines and reception will not be available. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we invest in improving the care we provide.
While we are closed: For urgent but non-life-threatening medical needs

They can offer advice, direct you to the most appropriate service, or arrange further care if needed.
For medical emergencies
If you are experiencing a life‑threatening emergency, such as chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or symptoms of stroke, please call 999 immediately.
For routine queries or prescription requests:
You can:
- Use our online services or practice website to submit requests.
- Post your repeat prescription request in our designated lockbox outside the front of the building
- Submit repeat prescriptions through the NHS App, your pharmacy, or online. These will be processed when we re-open.
When we will reopen
Normal services will resume the next working day at 8am
